Got mine yesterday. 14% increase in home value over last year.
People paying the big bucks for houses these days going to make it hard to protest when comps are selling for stupid amounts on the first day listed.

Yep, got ours last week. I’ll be filing for my appeal, again. Love how these folks can pretty much write their own paycheck.
