Had a close call at work

On the roof of a trailer just finished patching a hole. Got both hands on the ladder as I'm stepping off the roof and onto the ladder my reading glasses threw my depth perception off. I missed the rung, lost my balance. Since my hands were on the ladder, thankfully it didn't move, I was able to regain my balance and not fall 14' onto hard packed gravel.

You probably wouldn’t bounce as well as you did twenty years ago. Be carful playing on ladders it is amazing how many people get hurt on ladders every year.
