Anyone used Jackson's deer processing in Crosby lately?

Wanna get some sausage made and looking for some place I haven't tried yet.

Just curious if anyone's used them in the last year or two and get reviews on their smoked sausage.

    Thanks.

JKbow had some made their last year. Link and summer. Not impressed.

Bring it to Stantons in Alvin....always good.

You can take me to lunch too.

They also chingale'd him and tried to short him some meat.....from what I remember him telling me.

I use them every year. Prices, taste, and turnaround time are great.

All of my crew are big fans of both their cajun and garlic slim jims.

Used them last week, already have my Cajun sausage back. This was my first time to use them and I am very happy with the product.

I have used them the last 8 yrs. I have personally never had anything bad from them. My favorite is the green onion link sausage and jalapeno cheddar. They have a rio-cajun flavor also that is pretty darn good.

I have used them for years. I really like the boudin and also the regular, cajun and cajun reo smoked sausage. They run a great business and have a quick turnaround.

I used Jackson's year prior to have some show pigs processed. They did a great job on everything except the sausage. The sausage was packed into the casing loosely and sloppy and looked like thrown into vacuum pack bags. Taste wasn't too great either.

Have used them for 6 yrs. Fast good service and everything taste pretty good. Only thing last year they started charging .50 a lb extra for chili grind. Other than that no complaints

The problem is, some folks don't know what good sausage should taste like.

You can grab some camel and kangaroo sausage while your at Stantons!
