Friend of mine has a large lay down yard where he has some staged on it. It's amazing how Non-green these things are.

Research the amount of oil and lubricants each one needs to operate and how often the oil has to be changed. Not even close to being “green”!

I heard they are going to start painting them green so people will stop saying that.

Are they burned or extremely greasy? I only ask because I’ve seen some that are super greasy and it could look like it burned up. I’ve never heard of that many lighting up in one place…

Dunno. If it was grease and oil they might as well just built some internal combustion engines to generate the electricity. They was black and brown.

Chapo apparently has some insight. Sounds like major fluid leaks??? Maybe not burns???? Hell I don't know. I'm an innocent bystander. Lol

Those between Seymour and Benjamin weren’t being maintained. That’s why they burned up. A friend of mine that lives out there showed me some pictures of massive amounts of fluid that had been spilled from them

Evidently this is a reoccurring problem. I saw one burn up in Taft, during Hurricane Harvey.
