Mescalero. I’ve killed three out there and stayed in a five star casino. Don’t get me wrong, I sat 5 days, 12 hours a day on a couple of hunts.

What's your budget? The biggest bears in the US are in Costal North Carolina...600-700lbs. The environment is so mild they never hibernate. However, it will cost you $10k.

Don't really have a budget, although I tend to venture west rather than east.
