New Mexico Elk GMU 51

I was fortunate this year and drew a unit 51 2nd season elk rifle tag. This will be my first Elk hunt and was hoping someone here might have hunted the unit before. I am not looking for anyone's honey hole but do have some general unit questions. If you have hunted this unit and are willing to answer a few questions please shoot me a PM.
