Ugly game by the ags and Arkansas gave us that one…. Seeing the same issues over and over. W is nice but still expecting average play moving forward.

Tired of lucky wins and ugly wins versus good teams. Have the talent to beat 95% of teams on all 3 sides of the ball and want to see it come to fruition….

I picked a helluva life to quit drinking at home.. **** Longhorns make me want to IV tequila.

Should have gone dove hunting (with a new shotgun purchase this week) for the 4th weekend in a row, instead of getting kicked in the nuts watching that garbage. For all you "diehard stay at homers" that suggest a fella miss a good hunt (whatever it is) to stay at home and watch college football, this is why they make DVRs and you can watch later. I'd rather sit out in a dove field or bow blind with my brother/friends and nephews watching dragonflies hump than watch the garbage my team put on display yesterday. If that makes me a ****ty fan, I'll proudly wear it..

So much momentum and emotional swings in college football. That’s why the NFL will never be as interesting to me.

The Aggies showed some sign of life on the O after the first quarter.

Going forward, losing Anias for a few weeks is going to sting but seeing some activity in the TE position is a big positive. Hopefully they can build on that and fix some of the stupid offensive penalties.

Ps. Why does Sark wear a winter vest on the sideline when it’s 100 degrees? Dude looks like a clown.

Amen to that. My favorite days are at the ranch and watch the game. Then I’ve got options if the game doesn’t go like I want. Oh well on to next week!!

App State was the worst loss in my life time. No doubt. That said, we win that game big with Max. And Ags control their destiny. Bama looks beatable considering the weak tu team that kept it close. Playoffs, baby. Book it.

tu still has Kansas on the schedule.

I agree with your last sentence. Ewers is special and will only get better. Kid can sling it to open receivers deep and that counts for a lot when a QB can spread the feild. Opens up everything else for the offense.

Horns put up 37 points and 426 yards. Don’t know why y’all are so ****** at the QB and offense, if Ags could score that many points every game we’d go undefeated. Horns need to find a consistent defense. Ags need to find a consistent offense.

The defense wasn't great but they made some stops and the offense couldn't respond. 13 points in the second half.

This. While I do think they could be better with Ewers the offense and Card did plenty enough to win. The defense is pathetic and still can't figure out how to make a **** tackle. Then giving up multiple 4th down conversions. If the offense gives you 30 plus points the defense needs to do their job and make some stops.

I'd have them idiots doing nothing but tackling drills all **** week! How hard is it to wrap up and make a **** tackle.

Kansas is 4-0. App State is 2-2 and needed a miracle hail mary bounce to avoid being 1-3. That play was against mighty Troy. Lol.

Texas would have won yesterday and possibly against Bama with Ewers. See how that works?

Is it though? By BoB's definition? If I follow via my phone in the field/blind and watch it later am I fair weather? Hell you not attending every home game living in Wimberley could technically classify you as a fair weather fan by some......

I think remaining a viewing fan (live or DVR) through the last 12 years of nutkick seasons especially (save for one) removes one from fair weather fan status. Some just prioritize hunting and spending time afield over sitting on the couch watching 18-21 years olds play a game....and a disappointing game at that..

But alas....if that's the real definition of a fair weather fan...I'll wear it proud..

College football is insane!
The Aggies are 1 play from being 4-0 and probably ranked 3rd or 4th. They are 2 plays away from being 1-3 in complete turmoil.
Haven’t watched the horns this year but sounds like they are 2 plays from being 4-0 with a win over Bama.

Spot on.

It comes down to a few plays and which players make those plays. The margin for success is often a very thin line.

As for Texas, the have players not play makers and have been average because of that.

I truly believe sark is just going along with his wife’s vision.

Dude me and my wife have a laughing fit after every win when he brings his pimp/hip hop star son out on the field

We do too. It’s past the point of being supportive of your son’s lifestyle.

In all honesty the Aggies shouldn’t of won that game and Jimblow knows it they keep playing like they are playing they will be lucky to win two more games. The offense is gradually getting better that is a plus hopefully they can keep improving. They will probably need 40 pts to beat leach !

Who’s the only team with 2 top 15 wins so far?

I keep trying to forget that if we had not tried to go for it, down by 10, on 4th and short inside the 5 and taken the 3 points, we likely would have won in regulation instead of OT….

Good point, BUT Tech was 75 percent on 4th down conversions.

Ps. Why does Sark wear a winter vest on the sideline when it’s 100 degrees? Dude looks like a clown.
His wife picks his game day attire.
