    Tater tot casserole

    2 lbs ground meat ( deer , elk , antelope, beef )
    1 chopped up onion
    2 tbs mesquite or season salt
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    1 tbs W sauce
    2 cans of cream mushroom or cream jalapeño soup
    4 tbs butter
    1 4oz can of green chili peppers
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    1 cup jalapeño cheese
    3-4 cups frozen tater tot

    In Dutch oven
    Brown
    meat, add onions ,garlic, salt ,

    After brown
    Add soup , butter, chilies, W sauce, ect

    Cover mix in pepper jack cheese
    Layer In tots
    Cover with cheddar

    Cover with lid

    Bake in oven @375 , 30-40 minutes till tots are golden brown

    Camp fire cooking

    ring of hot coals and set Dutch oven on a trivit , coals on lid
    Rotat oven clockwise every 10 minutes and lid counter clockwise till golden brown

      Breakfast sausage & gravy

      Fry up sausage, make cream gravy or two packs instant gravy
      Cover with tots and cheese
      Bake @ 350-375 30 minutes

            What S-3 Ranch said. Kent Rollins knows it all.

            One of my favorites is a simple one. Break up an entire head of cabbage in the Dutch oven then top it with some sausage links ( I prefer fresh venison links) then pour a cup of chicken or beef broth over the top.
            Put on a bed of coals and put 12 on top for about 45 minutes .

                Peach dump cake

                2 cans peaches
                2 cans sprite
                2 white cake mixes

                Drain peaches
                Dump in Dutch oven
                Dump cake mixes on peaches
                Pour 2 sprites on

                Bake 350 45 minutes or use 10 chunks of coals on bottom & 14-15 on top
                Turn top counter clockwise every 15 minutes +/-
