Everybody knows about fried green tomatoes, but try slicing and frying a big fresh tomatoe and adding it to your next favorite homemade hamburger.( Awesome with Ranch dressing instead of mayo or Blue Cheese instead of sliced cheese.)

Waffle mix is good. Once you pour it in it'll all crumble up then when its done coat it in powdered sugar. Its really good

I have had different kinds of squash. A local restaurant makes pickles fries. It is kosher spears with a corn flour or corn meal coating (not batter) kind of like fish fry.

I don’t care for the fried dill spears but I love me some good fried dill chips.

Bostons Pizza used to have an appetizer with fried dill chips, banana peppers and jalepeños. It was freaking awesome.
