Our Polk county taxes were ~$28 a year with 4 travel trailers. As soon as we put covers over each + a small portable building taxes went ~$380. Still worth it to have everything covered. Your place looks awesome

I’ve gotten a couple of PM’s asking about the pole barn cover.

12 deep concrete pylons, 50x75 with gutters. 14 foot eave height.

Well we were not able to get water and electricity on before season, but our group didn’t let that phase us. We used a battery bank for a few lights and to charge phones, a couple of propane heaters, and cooked outside.

We were able to get it to the mid-50’s inside to eat and get out of the wind.

Power poles are now in! I hear the power is now on, but haven’t made it back to the ranch yet to throw the breakers.
