What a difference 10 days makes.
Another angle, I also got to see him in person yesterday for a brief moment.
Not a good angle but sunlight makes it better. lol.
Everyone getting a snack at the feeder pen.
Yesterday morning before I got there to pull chip and fill feeders. He was there for almost 2 hours, enjoying the full moon.
I got back to the cabin and downloaded the pics, the main group are hanging out so often I sat in the pop up with the kids.
This one was hazy because I shot it through the mesh pop up windows, I had a buck 15 yards away that I didn't want to bust me.
The other buck from the first was in the feeder pen on the other side of the corn feeder, I need to get that tree trimmed up soon.
I had the cow, this baby, and all 3 whitetail bucks in bow range. Didn't want to make too much camera noise so this is the only picture I got when they were up close. I'm here to tell ya getting an elk at 20-25 yards gets ya all wound up. I could barely hold still afterwards.
