Manfrotto Head help please.... Video Gurus!

I bought this head as a recommendation of "super pixel" LegDog about 4 years ago. It's awesome however it is in two pieces right now because....well that's not important......anyway...I need to know where to get this part ( what ever it is called) and how much to fix it. Its a Manfrotto 3030G.

Got the piece off but now I have the little stud still screwed into the other side. I'm a no tappin SOB.... any other way to get it out?

Spur did you ever get this fixed? Same thing happened to me. I found a drill bit that was smaller than the hole and drilled into the metal left from the stud a bit. When it got stuck once and I hit reverse on the drill, it backed on out. Thats how I remember it happening anyway
