Deer Breeding

Does anyone on here have any experience with whitetail breeding? My uncle has a ranch in del Rio and I have some land in East Texas, I have been interested in getting involved in something new this year, either guiding, or breeding wise.
I was just curious if any fellow TBHers have any experience and could pass some knowledge my way.

I have 100 acres in Warren.
I'm not looking to make a ton of money if any, really just looking to help my Uncles Ranch population.

I'd get lots of info concerning CWD and problems breeders face. Also, breeding market is saturated w deer and lots of guys are having problems moving deer. Think you need plenty of cash to feed and keep a herd healthy.
