Glad you are good and in good humor on it.

A little bit of duct tape, super glue, case of beer and a buffer....

...and she's still going to kill you.

Cracking jokes sound like you are OK with no injuries, that’s great news. Keep working on that funny material, you will need it when your wife is back home, good luck!

Hahaha, she spun me around good. I was turning left (the the white truck in this pic) and a driver going straight in the lane to my left completely blew the red light. She never touched the brakes, not sure if she was on the phone or what. Luckily she admitted it and a couple witnesses hung around to give statements

Good luck finding a replacement. Just sold my wife’s 2014 Limited. Had to order 2021 and wait 2-3 months. The car market is pretty brutal now.

Try something like this. Although with the price of wood nowadays, it might be cheaper to buy a new one.

I sure could have used that when I totaled my truck last year. I hit my shin on the dash and took a pretty good chunk of hide off

Haha, me neither. Sucker blew the whole lower dash apart though, even the radio shroud came off. That said, I'm glad it was there and my legs didn't end up in the dash! Broke both my shins a few years back and I'm sure it wouldn't have felt good.

Didn't even realize they had gone off until I had stopped moving. My shins were a little sore from the dash airbag, but I couldn't tell you if my face ever hit the steering wheel bag or not, so I guess it wasn't too bad. Just glad I was able to see her coming in time to lock up the brakes and didn't take it straight on the door.

Glad you're alright.
You need to park the car back where your wife parks and act like nothing happened. When she sees it, just say "What?" It was that way when you got home.
Then Duck

Didn't realize it was 5 months. Then relax, you have plenty of time to buy a sheet of OSB every couple of weeks and go with Hoggslayers plan.

Kind of like Johnny Cash, I got it one piece at a time, except it's gone cost a lot of dimes.
