I’ve been doing a similar recipe, but 4 jalapeños and 2 cans of Rotel hot. Gives it some good spice without being hot. It’s been a hit everywhere it’s been so far.

Made this on Father’s Day at a pool party at my FIL place and everybody devoured it. I smoked it on my trager and man it was delicious
