browning hi power, aka p35,,,,, of which the cz75 is modeled after... and i have shot more than a few different 9mm during my 30 years as an leo and range officer,,,,, there are actually a lot of good ones, but the hi power was and still is the best from my experience.....

9mm ammo shortage ... i mean reasonably priced ...

what LEO carry ... many german dept carried this pistols, some other countries too

glock is a workhorse , p7 is a piece of art
sold my 19's.. had 3 or 4 of them at one point .. sold my last one few months back when i got my hellcat.

As far as pistols designed for 9mm? I’d have to say OP’s pick has a lot of merit. Although it depends on your criteria. For me, I’d pick the Glock 17/19. 9mm 1911s are really starting to dominate my future spending plans, but I’ll count them out of this argument. Never been a huge High Power fan. Great pistol, just not for me.

The two top 9mms would be the CZ-75 and the Browning Hi Power. I personally would give a slight advantage to the CZ.
