I asked a friend whose family is from Littleton. I'm dying to go to NH. She provided the following:

Go north to Franconia notch, hike the Flume and the Basin https://www.nhstateparks.org/visit/s...ks/flume-gorge
Hike Artists Bluff in Franconia notch, its an easy 1-2hr hike with a view of Franconia Notch.
Cannon Mt Aerial Tram, also theres a Ski Museum at the bottom of the tram, Old Man of the Mountain Profile Plaza & Historic Site is located at Exit 34B from I-93 (Aerial Tramway Exit)
In Sugar Hill you can go to Polly Pancakes, https://pollyspancakeparlor.com/, just down the road is Harman’s Cheese & Country Store, www.harmanscheese.com
Walk Main street in Littleton NH
Cog Railway at Mt Washington,
