For sure! We actually went with Spartan Junipers, they will max out at about 3'-5' wide and about 15' tall and they haven't been hit as hard with the fungus and mites. We can also shape them like a topiary and we will keep them tall and slender.

I am not for certain where my builder got it but I’m thinking maybe NPT.

Looks very Nice! I like the simplistic, clean shape.
It still blows my mind on the mark up Companies charge to build.

Thank you, we are loving it.

What you mentioned though was part of the reason that I got 15 bids. I built an extensive cost model for the cost of work so I could analyze raw costs for all of the parts and pieces. I was ok paying a premium to a builder in order to get the warranty that comes with it and peace of mind that if something happens I have one guy to call.

This helped inform how much of a markup they were putting on it. I would tell them that "I am good with you making money, you are in business to do so, but I know how much this pool is going to cost you and I don't want you to make all of your money on me!"
