    Layoffs

Baylor Scott&white in College Station is cutting the c suites salaries by 20% and the doctors salaries 10%, as well as laying folks off and furloughing people. Boeing is laying off 60,000 across the nation. Do y’all still think land prices will hold and, will the economy bounce back in the third quarter?

The market sure thinks so on a bounce back.

50% customers in retail businesses, is still driving a lot of the slow pace. Once that gets back to 75% or better, I think all parts of the economy will start clicking immediately. And I agree about the markets seem to believe we're prone for a comeback.

Covid 19 is an excuse many companies will use to get rid of excess weight.

I don't see land prices going down anytime soon. Everyother thread on here is about someone buying a ranch, new 70K truck, or new 20K utv. Economy has been too good for too long. Still plenty of people with money to burn.

Land will remain high as long as interest rates remain low. Refinance if you got one.

I don't really see anything going down in prices. Have you guys seen any crazy deals you could not pass up? I thought I would find a real deal on a boat but that has not materialized.

Wait until the unemployment pay of $1100 a week runs out for those people on it. Runs out at the end of July. Then you
Will start seeing boats for sale.

Land prices will continue to climb as always. You could get lucky and find someone in a bind that has to dump land but it won’t bring down overall prices.

Not only was that a horrible idea but it will definitely impact tons' of folks with toys they really cant afford.

The horrible idea worked just as designed. Keeping the unemployment numbers up, and A step toward universal basic income.

Top 3 democrat goals (In no particular order)
                              1. Universal basic income
                              2. Single payer healthcare
                              3. Vote by mail

A virus shows up in an election year and offers a chance to smear the president while helping them push 3 top tier socialist (democrat) agenda items.

                              Coincidence!? NOT. A. CHANCE.
