Last night I got 1 more hunt in for my target buck (haven't seen him yet in person) before rifle season starts. Right before dark a big group of pigs came in with some decent sized pigs. This pig stood out as by far much bigger than the rest and you could tell he was the boss. I put a bolt in him at about 30 yds and he ran less than 50 yds. I'm glad I didn't try to shoot him anywhere else as I'm pretty sure the arrow would have bounced off this tank. He didn't have the biggest cutters in the world but he is by far the biggest pig I have ever shot. I didn't have a scale but I have shot some I thought were big that weighed 175 lbs and he dwarfs them. I'm guessing at least 250 but probably closer to 300. I was by myself so the pics arent the best. The pictures are hard to gauge how big he was but look at the size of his head compared to the tailgate on the mule in the last picture. Anyway, here are the pics.
