I think we found a rear end here in town. For some reason my son has a lot of people who like him and they were all looking trying to find him something. His old boss made a few phone calls and found a truck that someone was parting out. It’s a dually but everything is measuring up. It only took him and I two times going over there and crawling under the truck to get the numbers we need to make sure it will work. Hopefully the mechanic will let us know today if it will work but we’re 90% sure that it should. And it looks to be in good condition.
Thanks for all of y’all’s help and suggestions.
We have tons of pictures and this has been a huge learning process for him and me. We will be doing DYI thread on his rebuild.
