Wild game restaurnts Fort Worth

As the title states I'm looking for something in the greater Fort Worth area next weekend for a small family gathering.

I'm looking for something rustic to upscale with a mix of traditional and wild game eats.

I found a couple to give an idea of what I'm looking for but don't know anything about them.

I want to go here for the name alone. Might be a tad more than I'm looking for.

Lonesome Dove is great. We have eaten there a few times and have never been disappointed.

Waters is another John Bonnell restaurant. Search google for his menu. Upscale and more towards fish/seafood

We have put 20 people in the back room before. Not sure what it looks like now with the to go orders running but still swing by monthly or more for the take and go food.

Neither will disappoint.
