hog processor near Sanger

Hey y'all, hoping to get some advice. We took two 40 lb piglets last night and got them quartered. Do y'all know of a processor near Sanger I can take the meat to and get it all turned into sausage?

Take it to Hess Meat Market in Muenster. About 30 mins from Sanger. Do a great job and it’s more affordable than getting it done in the metroplex

Fischers in Muenster. I have used them on many a hog and they do a great job. Reasonable prices also.
