Do Aoudad eat cottonseed?

Got a new lease that is packed with Aoudad and want to feed cottonseed, but not if they are gonna hammer it. Anyone know if they will devour Cottonseed or not? Want to feed the deer and not the Aoudad.

Colder months they will. Prefer alfalfa and protein though.

Yes sir. They will hammer it. Only thing you can do to keep them off of it is put bales of alfalfa out for them. :-)

Beat me to it. :-). Those dang things will eat anything—including prickly pear.
