Prime Brisket

I’ve never cooked one but my next one will be Prime.
I saw them at Costco for 3.19lb. Anyone bought and cooked a brisket from Costco?

Yep, can’t hardly beat it. But the best brisket I cooked was a choice I “wet aged” in the cryovac bag for 30 days. It was super flavorful and tender

I have had two folks that compete in BBQ cook offs and they say they always get their briskets from Costco.

Agree with the above, have always been a success. Most briskets I do now are CostoCo primes.
