Its a long story but the short version is make sure they actually have permission to the field they are leasing. Also they feel privileged to do certain things because they have daddy money. They stole a dozer to pull there truck out of a field and tore up my road to my ranch. Took a few days to fix the mess. They were asked to leave and never return. That is the nice short version
