    Old School Doe

I recently bought a 1965 Kodiak and really fell into love with the older Bear recurves. I told myself that I would take a deer with it this season. I made up some woodies with some wild turkey feathers, from a turkey taken this spring, and used some old Bear razor heads to complete the deal.

I shot her at around 12 yds. She ran about 60yds. I watched her fall. Total time between shot and her falling, less than 30 sec. The old bows and equipment will still get it done.

Way to go! I really want to add an old bear to my wall. Yours is a beauty. Had an old kodiak magnum, but it was too short. How long is yours, 62" or 64"?
