I like mine over easy with good runny yolk. The wife an daughter think they are nasty and like scrambled.

I love grabbing a hard boiled egg out of the fridge and hammering it with salt. Great little snack. Scrambled or omelet is the other way to go.

for those of you on a heart healthy diet, a raw egg in the shell contains 62 mg of salt, and yes, I do love them all kinds of ways.

Over easy w/ runny yolk. placed on top of a bed of Ranch Hash (made w/ leftover smoked brisket and sausage) and drizzled with Jalapeño Hollandaise Sauce. Probably my favorite breakfast.

I like eggs any way I can get them (except Deviled), but they MUST be cooked in bacon grease, never butter or—God forbid—vegetable oil!

I can't do eggs unless they're scrambled with cheese. I've had an aversion to every other way to have them since I was a kid. I don't know if it's the texture, the smell or what.

Every way BUT pickled or barely scrambled where they are real runny. Fried with runny yoke, perfectly OK. Runny scrambled, NO GO.

Over sleazy fried in bacon grease, or soft scrambled with diced green chilis, and enough cheese to make them stringy!

Hard boiled and swimming in Franks Red Hot will do, as well.

My favorite is fresh yard eggs fried in the bacon fat you just finished frying before you started the eggs... Don't turn 'em over, just splash the hot bacon grease up over the top of 'em and let that cook them like over easy... Serve up with the bacon, either hot biscuits or those little yeast rolls... I put black pepper on 'em and dig in... Sometimes it's nice to add some homemade blackberry jelly or mayhaw jelly... Then other times I like to douse 'em good with McIlhinney's instead of the sweetness of the jelly...

I'm by eggs like Tom T Hall was about beer...

Love 'em fried, boiled deviled, scrambled, poached, you name it... Even a fried over hard on a juicy burger is pretty dang good too!
