Here's the problem. If all you had to do was just prove fraud, couldn't that be Republican or democrat fraud then?
Looks like some shenanigans got pulled by Republicans in some deep blue states (branfords law analysis). Ding dongs.
Anyway, wouldnt it be easier for trump to identify those Republicans that pulled those shenanigans and give them over as sacrificial lambs, while they testify to the fraud they committed? Seems easier than getting the evidence from the other side, if the trump legal team was serious about this just prove fraud theory.

He seems to be under the impression that somehow the President not conceding will keep the electors from voting even if the lawsuits fail? Concessions aren't written into the constitution, so they're legally meaningless. You can concede, get 270 votes, and you're still (by law) the President. You're welcome to resign afterward and let your VP take the job.
Trump would need his lawsuits to succeed to have any hope of maintaining his office. The result of said lawsuits would require enough votes either thrown out for Biden or tallied in Trump's favor allowing him to win swing states or get a tie.
And for those hoping for it, there is no means for the supreme court to invalidate an entire state's vote or the entire election.Comment

I agree with Dershowitz that it probably part of the Trump strategy and is possible however improbable. He'd need to have some major successes in court to keep multiple states from certifying their elections. So far they haven't gotten far.Comment

This depends on states not certifying their vote. If they are able to certify their vote then things get strange. Also this author compares the 1800's to today. The 1800's did not have an instant media like we do today. Today we have a political party that is using the media and the internet to influence and suppress thought. Never Trumpers, big tech and the media are now working to modify thought by modifying speech. BLM, ANTIFA are all bullying people to obey their way of thinking of suffer physical consequences. This changes things significantly.
