Excellent GS who sadly had personal issues with mental illness. Several years ago Robert just disappeared for like 6 months, no sign of him anywhere. No returned phone calls or emails. His customers were PO’d and that severely affected his business and loyal following. I believe that started the snowball rolling downhill that eventually led to his passing. I’ve spoken with Mr Gradous 8-10 times over the years as he was always personable and took the time to answer my questions. Sadly, we only see people on the outside and never know how much pain & misery they are dealing with on the inside.
