yes his shed from the year before - 175 inch 9 point at age 5 - added 21 inches the following year when we took him - he was 6 years old when we took him

Actually to be a book deer after it is officially scored. The scoresheet along with the fair chase application has to be submitted. Along with the tag and specific photographs of the rack. If it is accepted then it becomes an official book deer. At least that was the process I had to go through.
