It happens but the chances are even slimmer then the initial draw sense we are waiting on someone who has been picked already to not pay the permit fee.

They cube you points now. So if you have 3 points you have 27 entries (3x3x3 = 27)

So do they cube a group average? Say I have 3 you have three and joe blow has 1 do they average it out then cube it? Or cube then average it out?

It’s always off the average of the group. When you log in to the site it will tell you the average for the application
