Possibly placing check points on I-10 but what about all the other FM an CR crossings along the border reckon he can muster that many Dps officers. He didn't specify where to quarantine. Could be interesting how this plays out.

Florida has already implemented a check point into the Keys. Not sure if they have at the Border though.

You will be required to provide an address at which you will quarantine yourself. Random checks by local DPS officers will verify you are complying. If you show active signs of Covid-19, a DPS officer will escort you home.

Oil and Gas is consided critical infrastructure and SHOULD let us through without any issues. Our company issued us a travel letter detailing what our business in Louisiana is, our work rotations and why we are traveling to and from Louisiana and Texas. I'll see how this letter works on April 8.
