    Project - warm ***

Grabbed some car seat heaters from eBay for $20. Comes with 2 for 1 seat. ( bottom and back). I’m going to ATTEMP to install one in a hang on seat.

I’ll weld up a 3s 18650 battery pack to power it. If it works out I’ll use the second one for either a back rest or throw it in an old hoodie.

Dude, great idea! Now go start a business and sell a whole mess of those things. And put me down for two.

summit makes one. im sure there is others already on the market. threw this together in under an hour. ( took me a min to figure out how to sew). nice to be able to throw it into your favorite cushion though.

Do you have any concerns about how well the LiPo's will function in the cold temps where this will be useful?

All batteries suffer in cold weather. I don't see it being much of a problem though. No different than heated clothing etc they all use them.

how did you "build" the battery pack? I'm not much on the electrical stuff "how to"
