Anyone in hear putting down the ol stick and string and grabbing the thunder stick this weekend? I'm keeping the stick in string in hand but taking the girlfriend out Monday with a rifle to see if we can't get her first whitetail. Looks to be great weather all weekend!

I'll be putting down the bow and grabbing the ol' .300 WBY. As soon as I get my buck I'll put the gun down and finish off the year with the bow.

I'm picking up the rifle. But, I'm headed to New Mexico for a desert Mule deer hunt.
When I get back it will be Martin Recurve for the rest of the season

For sure taking bow, pondering over the rifle incase big boy wants to hang out in the back ground. But more than likely sticking to bow and leaving rifle in camper.
