Outrageous phone bill

I have a single line for $156 with att that’s unlimited everything that just seems stupid high... what’s everyone else paying single line?

Two lines with 12gb of data for $140 through Verizon. We are making the switch to Total wireless which uses Verizon towers with 15gb of data for $70. Both plans are unlimited text and talk. My brother and his family just switched over and they love it with no issues. I’m tired of getting screwed by Verizon.

We have 4 lines unlimited with hotspot and pay $220 on AT&T.. if your a first responder, do the firstnet.. I haven’t switched yet but it’s a huge difference and it gives you priority calling.

Most of my family has changed to Consumer Cellular. They use AT&T & T-Mobile’s towers. It has cut their bill in half. We are about to change- Our bill will go from $220 a month to $110 a month.

then we have a discount for paying online direct debit and I get a discount as a TDCJ/Private Facility Chaplain.

I’m at $190 for 2 cell phones and Apple Watch,$130 for Direct TV, and $30 for internet. That’s with a 22 percent discount.

I think about 6 months ago I switched to Att Prepaid. $55/month for unlimited everything on my phone. Same service, just no payment plan for your phone. Haven’t looked back.

Mine is right around $120 a month for att unlimited, but my phone is a Iphone 6S so it is payed off. Don't plan on getting a new one until I have to.

I also get a 10-20% discount due to where I work.

I was paying near $330 a month for the same service, called a few phone carriers and since we own the phones we could get $55 a month through a couple of them. Called ATT and told them I was out and why, they doubled my plan from 16 gig to 30, and discounted it $80ish. I dont use my personal as i have a work phone, so my phones sits on a shelf, my wife and parents use the others. Sometimes just have to call and see what they will do to keep you.

Straight talk card from Walmart. Got sick of getting ripped off. My high dollar phone croaked twice in two years, yep, warranty expired both times. Wife picked up phone for $100 and got me a Straight talk card. I now use their unlimited plan and renew it once a month. $55 per month unlimited. They notify you with texts and I believe you can set up an automatic account. Same service areas as AT@T.

Switched to Cricket and am now paying $45 a month. I'm not unlimited data anymore but it is more than I'll ever use. I can't tell any difference in service.

Wow. Crazy how far we have come. Funny how so many of us will complain about an up-tick in gas prices or our electric bill, but will drop 3 bills per month on cellular data on top of paying for $500 + phones or leasing.

Our bill is high, but we have managed to stay away from unlimited by making a lot of effort in utilizing our wifi at home.

That's ATT hate them. I have two lines and have been fighting with them since I converted 2 yrs ago.

We get a 20% discount for the hospital my wife works at.
