I don't know how y'all go out callin when it's nice enough for the bugs to be out. I've done it a few times and knats and whatever else try crawling in my ears and on my face while I'm trying to sit still. That drives me nuts.

Turkey hunting last week, trying to sneak up on a field they just seem to love - hoping to catch one unaware. I happened to glance to my left and saw that I wasn't the only predator with that thought. Two coyotes showed up about 2 seconds after I stopped, 35-40 yards and looking for turkeys, not me. Three turkey loads later, one dead and the second one probably less than happy, but ran away strong enough. Least I got one.
