Good chili is good chili, beans ain’t gonna change that. Average and bad chili, same thing, beans ain’t going to make it any better or any worse. Beans are only a “ filler”, to add more substance to the chili. I like it equally with or without beans.

Mine has well over half, probably 75% of the money so she basically gets what she wants!

I like it either way, but when I have leftovers on a hot dog or chili frito pie, I don't want beans in there.

Beans in chili is just kicked up bean soup. I'd make her a pot with beans and you a pot of chili.
