      relace it and start a waxing routine......... that thing doesn't look it has seen wax since it was put on the bow!

        Replace your strings every other year unless there is significant fraying such as what you have.

          I wax the string pretty regularly. The fraying is from abuse I was trying to rotate the peep with out putting it into a press, because it was out of rotation at full draw. I'm about 40 miles from the nearest bow shop. Obviously it was the wrong decision! The excessive serving is because i'm not all that good at it and wanted to make dang sure it didnt move.

            WOW!!! when you wax it do you rub the wax in until it gets hot? replace it before you eat your release

              That is scary looking, It's time to replace it. It looks kinda like you are trying a new thing, like 3D camo for a string (tehehe).
