There are a bunch of pass blocking packages. Way to many for my liking.
You want to use BOB or big on big as much as you can. A lot of it relies on the back and TE to do work on BPU. Those two have to be great Chip blockers too. Even with no blitz and then get on pattern.
They were braging on Clevelands OL the other night. Best center and both all pro guards. They only gave up 9 sacks lol.
As I ve said before for priorities:
1 QB
2 Tie OL and DL
3. Shut down corners.
The rest

so the tackle flanks out to the split and the guard pulls.

All I've ever seen is guards line up as guards and tackles line up as tackles.
Then at the snap, they drop into blocking position to take the comers.
Yeah, they might double team and switch off when a blitz is recognized and I know there is certain nuances that they might utilize.

Exactly…. Crossing patterns are a big issue for Dak.

The D looks like the defense from last year. They sure look different without 11 on the field to lead them.

That’s what I’m saying…4 incomplete passes with 4 TD’s…but Dak is terrible…
