I’m headed to the grass farm. Should see a bunch of deer. I built a micro pen recently and the deer are getting in. I moved my game tamer from my rut pinch to the new spot. It’s killer with cover around the set up in the oak tree. I don’t really have a target deer yet. There is a big 8 and a narrow 9 point with long tines and wrapped beams that are maybes. Should be a fun hunt.

The grass farm. A small place around the navasota River. I doubt I hunt Trinity co until something new shows. There is an old 10 that’s is nocturnal around 130. Waiting for something late season.

This one is cattle panels cut in half and it is six 8’ sections. Nothing new just using them to keep hogs off the corn. Deer being able to step over them into the pen take just a day or two for them to get use to. These do not work in newton though. Too many hogs, jumpers would be in it every night if you use cut panels.
