Shooooot.....I had several pet tarantulas when I was at Camp Pendleton, CA. That guy...and all like him, are embarrassing to the male gender.

I'm not a fan of spiders but, tarantulas get a pass. For whatever reason, I'm not afraid of them and have no problem letting them crawl on me. Maybe I bought into the story that they are quite passive. True or false, that has been my limited experience.
