How many 13” or better bucks statewide can you take?

Yep. I can too in the non restricted counties I hunt.

Since the OP mentioned the 13” rule I figured he was talking about AR counties, hence my question. I didn’t think there was an AR County that allowed more than one over 13”.

I’d honestly forgotten about non AR counties. And didn’t realize they could take 2 per county.

I hunt in Kinney and Schleicher Counties, both are non AR. The only restrictions are what the landowner puts on them, and State bag limits.

My understanding is you can only take two >13” bucks, assuming they are coming from different AR counties. You cannot take three in three different AR counties. A third could come out of a non-AR county.

I can kill a 13”+ in for example: Wood, Rains and Hunt county all are AR counties but I can shoot 1 13”+ in each

Unless I’m misunderstanding the verbiage, all three of those counties mention “one other buck 13 or greater” like Liberty does above.

I take that to mean one 13" buck in a different AR county until your 3 buck limit is reached. But only one in each AR county.
