For Alvin I would have suggested the Garage, but they have closed down.
I can't vouch for the BM or the BLT, but Hugh and Jeffs Car Wash in League City comes to mind. I have had some dang good drinks and eats from there. |

May not be the vibe you’re going for but I think Whiskey Cake in Benbrook does a Bloody Mary bar during their brunch.
