Here is my favorite way to prepare tongue. If you’ve never tried tongue I encourage everyone to give it a shot at least once in your hunting career. Just another way to stretch out everything an animal has to offer table fare wise. The cleaning and cooking starts at the 10:15 mark if you’d like to just skip ahead to that.
