Mollejas (sweetbread) tacos

I love them, and get them at a meat market for breakfast in La Porte, Tx. after working graveyards. They WERE my wife's favorite tacos..., until she found out what they really were.

I can’t get my wife to eat them anymore. She loved them until she figured out what they really was .
