Like clockwork- return of the pigs

Every year the pigs disappear during deer season on our place but about mid January they show back up en masse. That one in the middle looks like a hippo

That is pretty cool that you have them trained to leave during deer season. Certainly wish I did.

I need me some of that action at my local pig place here. It's been super slow since Sept when the acorns dropped. These days I'm leaning towards liking shooting pigs more than deer. No aging, no scoring.....It's see a pig shoot a pig.

that's why when the general season is over I keep hunting, I just switch gears. then its pigs until spring turkey season starts.

I’m sitting and waiting now—my inaugural 2020 pig hunt. They had disappeared as well right after Christmas and just shoes back up last week

Happens on our place also. Hogs show up late December and tear up the fields throughout summer. Come October they are nowhere to be found.
