            Congrats!!!!!

Don’t do something stupid like I did! After 9yrs of happy retirement, I took a job as a ranch mgr at a buddies ranch. As far as jobs go, it is great, but it is still a job, and it dang sure ain’t retirement!!!!

Yep. It doesn’t matter how good or easy the job is or how good the pay, at some point it’s time to go. Been contemplating it for 2 years. Finally pulled the trigger. I’m excited

                        Congratulations!

March will be my 6th year and it took a couple years to calm down in my case.

Retirement means you can do what you want to do when you want to do it and how you want to do it. If you have a wife, then she is included in the process and choices. Pets can be a hassle (we have a very big protective Rottie that w cannot board just anywhere) but other than that, we do what we want when we want and are living live to it's fullest. Did not think I would ever retire, but DANG glad I did when I did!

Biggest draw back is the funds you have to do some thing you want to do. Medicaire and supplemental insurance if you want the best ain't cheap!
