This video is a perfect example how fast things can get life-threatening for those that wear a badge.

Palestine, TX - The Palestine Police Department released video Tuesday afternoon showing the moments that led up to the fatal shooting of 47-year-old James Bushey on the evening of May 31. Sergeant Gabriel Green and Officer Kaylyn Griffin were the officers involved.

Good shoot! Dumbarse made a stupid move....won a darwin award for it.

I guess my first question for LEOs is why wouldn't he have frisked him in the bathroom first?....I know hindsight is 20/20 but I'd figure one would make sure there are no weapons or threats immediately.

Lastly...what did the woman LEO say when he pulled the gun?...can't make it out....lotta mumbled garble..
