No TPWD printed Outdoor Annual this year

An email I received from TPWD for Instructors says that the sponsors of the annual have backed out do to the economy. The sponsor is about 80% of the cost to print and advertisers cover the rest.

If you want an Outdoor Annual this year you will have to download one. I have the app on my phone but still liked having a hard copy in my hand/truck/camp. A phone could die, you could lose internet, etc... A book is, well, a book...

That bites, I like to have a hard copy on hand to review when the game warden wants to get “ interpretive “ with written law
And I like the game transfer sheet included

This year I can believe it...

And if they cover the whole cost then something goes up. Taxes, license, something.

You can make your own wildlife resource document. Just put the same vital info on a piece of paper and sign it.

I do hope this isn't permanent.

Untold amounts of arguments have been settled by finally opening up the little book.

I like the app anyhow, but that does suck.

Its all online now, print is quickly becoming a thing of the past. Waste of money to print that many hard copies

                            What's a phone book?

Funny you say that, OP. Mine managed to fall from between my driver seat and console today. Always have it nearby. Then again, same with my phone.

Those little books are very nice to have on hand when a interpretation resolution is in order
